Create and Run a Structured Interview Kit

Candidates are evaluated consistently against the same job-related evidence, with independent scorecards completed before group discussion.

The process

Work it in this order.

  1. Map each approved scorecard attribute to the interview stage best suited to collect evidence for it.
  2. Write the same core questions for every candidate, plus allowed follow-up prompts and evidence anchors for strong, mixed, and weak responses.
  3. Assign interviewer roles, remove redundant questions, and train interviewers on the rubric, note-taking, accommodations, and prohibited topics.
  4. Share a consistent candidate agenda and collect any accommodation needs through the approved process.
  5. Conduct interviews using the core questions while allowing job-relevant follow-ups; record behavioral evidence rather than personality impressions.
  6. Require each interviewer to submit an independent scorecard before seeing peers' ratings or joining the debrief.
  7. Audit completion and scoring patterns, then improve unclear questions or anchors without retroactively changing individual ratings.

Bring this

Inputs the cat will ask for.

  • Approved scorecard
  • Interview stages and panel
  • Role-specific evidence anchors
  • Candidate scheduling and accommodation process

Router + one playbook

Route first. Choose one.

Cat Paw loads one playbook per task rather than merging several. Start with this router; the remaining paths are workflow-specific candidates it can inspect.

  • Router: product-pack
  • skills/product/pm-product-discovery/interview-script/SKILL.md
  • skills/product/pm-toolkit/review-resume/SKILL.md

Guardrails

The boundaries travel with the prompt.

  • Ask only job-related questions and avoid protected personal topics.
  • Provide reasonable accommodations through the authorized process.
  • Do not let interviewers view peer scores before submitting their own.
  • Restrict candidate notes and recordings to approved systems and retention rules.

Done means

A checkable finish.

Every completed interview has an independently submitted evidence-based scorecard for assigned attributes, and no candidate advances to debrief with missing required feedback.

Behind the number

Two harnesses. One line.

Same number, same $100 credit. Pick the harness that answers when you text.

Hermes

Nous Research's terminal-native agent. It runs on your machine, keeps memory between sessions, and opens one playbook per task.

OpenClaw

The open-source assistant that runs on your own computer and answers in the channels you already use. One playbook per task.
