Plan Beginner-Friendly Strength Sessions
A simple, repeatable strength-training outline that the user can review with a qualified professional when needed.
The process
Work it in this order.
- Collect the user’s experience, goals, available equipment, session length, accessibility needs, and clinician-provided restrictions.
- Choose a small set of familiar movement patterns that cover major muscle groups and can be performed with available equipment.
- Select an easy starting variation and conservative volume that leaves room to learn technique.
- Schedule sessions with recovery between similar demanding efforts and add a brief warm-up and cool-down.
- For each movement, provide neutral technique cues and a safer regression or stop option rather than pushing to failure.
- Log the chosen variation, completed work, perceived difficulty, and any discomfort.
- Progress gradually only when technique is consistent and the current workload is well tolerated; seek qualified coaching for uncertain form or limitations.
Bring this
Inputs the cat will ask for.
- training experience
- available equipment and time
- movement preferences
- injuries, accessibility needs, or clinician-provided restrictions
Router + one playbook
Route first. Choose one.
Cat Paw loads one playbook per task rather than merging several. Start with this router; the remaining paths are workflow-specific candidates it can inspect.

Guardrails
The boundaries travel with the prompt.
- This is general planning support, not rehabilitation, medical advice, or a personalized clinical exercise prescription.
- Do not test maximal loads, recommend training through pain, or infer that one technique suits every body.
- Refer persistent pain, neurological symptoms, recent injury or surgery, pregnancy-specific concerns, or complex conditions to qualified health or exercise professionals.
- Stop and seek urgent care for severe or alarming symptoms.
Done means
A checkable finish.
The user has an approved session outline with exercises or patterns, conservative starting work, recovery, regressions, tracking fields, and a review point.
