Customer Success
Prepare an Outcome-Focused Executive Business Review
A customer-relevant executive conversation that connects delivered value, unresolved risks, and the next success priorities.
The process
Work it in this order.
- Confirm with the customer whether a live executive review is useful, who should attend, and what decisions or outcomes matter now.
- Revisit the agreed success plan and collect validated outcome, adoption, support, and milestone evidence for the review period.
- Ask customer stakeholders for priorities and agenda items before building the deck.
- Create a concise narrative: goals, progress, evidence of value, gaps or risks, customer feedback, and upcoming priorities.
- Remove vanity metrics and internal product reporting that cannot be tied to a customer objective.
- Facilitate discussion and decisions rather than reading slides; capture changed priorities, commitments, and unresolved questions.
- Send an agreed recap with owners and dates, update the success plan, and schedule only the next touchpoint the customer finds useful.

Router + one playbook
Route first. Choose one.
Cat Paw loads one playbook per task rather than merging several. Start with this router; the remaining paths are workflow-specific candidates it can inspect.

The boundaries travel with the prompt.
- Validate metrics and definitions before presenting them.
- Do not use an executive review as a disguised renewal pressure meeting.
- Separate delivered outcomes from roadmap promises.
- Offer asynchronous or lighter alternatives when a formal review does not serve the customer.
Done means
A checkable finish.
The customer has received the reviewed recap, and every agreed priority, decision, risk, and action has an owner and date in the updated success plan.
