Design a Personalized Multichannel Prospecting Cadence
A respectful, testable outreach sequence that connects a verified account signal to a relevant problem and clear low-friction response.
The process
Work it in this order.
- Choose one narrow account segment and define the problem, proof, and offer relevant to that segment.
- Research each prospect's role, company context, and a recent verifiable signal; omit personalization that is weak or intrusive.
- Draft a concise opening message that links the signal to a plausible business issue without pretending to know private facts.
- Plan a finite sequence across appropriate channels, giving each touch a distinct purpose or useful asset rather than repeating the same ask.
- Set spacing, business-hour delivery, stop conditions, and channel-specific consent or suppression checks.
- Quality-check names, claims, links, sender identity, and CRM ownership before enrollment.
- Measure replies, qualified conversations, opt-outs, and complaints; test one material variable at a time and retire weak cadences.
Bring this
Inputs the cat will ask for.
- Target segment and prospect list
- Approved value proposition and proof
- Permitted channels and outreach policy
- CRM and suppression data
Router + one playbook
Route first. Choose one.
Cat Paw loads one playbook per task rather than merging several. Start with this router; the remaining paths are workflow-specific candidates it can inspect.

Guardrails
The boundaries travel with the prompt.
- Honor applicable consent, identification, opt-out, and suppression requirements.
- Stop on opt-out, negative reply, or evidence the person is not the right contact.
- Do not invent personalization or automate sensitive personal references.
- Cap frequency and avoid deceptive subject lines or reply-thread simulation.
Done means
A checkable finish.
The cadence is approved, finite, suppression-checked, personalized from verified signals, loaded with stop rules, and instrumented for reply quality and complaints.
